Volunteering, connecting where it matters
Tom and So Ngim at the Peace Café can help you to connect with organisations who need your help. We have been working with various Non Governmental Organisations for the past three years including orphanages, children’s centres, schools and social enterprises supporting people living with disabilities.
Volunteers mostly help with informal English education and share their talents in art, music, cooking, sewing, jewellery making, computer skills, etc.
The Peace Café supports a Values and Eco Training Centre and has many resources that you could use. The Peace Cafe Program Manager can help you with your needs.
The Peace Café is independent of government, politics and religion and is solely interested in helping projects and communities to help themselves. Volunteers do not replace local employment but help by sharing their talents, skills and enthusiasm.
